Here are few facts of the school. This is the worst school I have ever known. The schools policy directed by Jehan is to give full marks to all the students thus making the students dumber by the day and making fool of the parents. This is purely Arab students’ school. So if you are of any other ethnicity, don’t admit your child into this school. The school is up to 9th class as they know that if they have 10th class all the students will fail. As for the employees of the school, there will be no insurance cards for them. If you are going to stay in the school accommodation (for woman), they lock you up after the school hours and then open the accommodation just before school opens the next day. Basically you are a prisoner. If you get sick no one will take you to hospital. There is also water problem in the villa. No drinking water is provided even when the employees are ready to pay for it. They take the woman employees for shopping one time a week. If you forget anything then you have to wait for a week. It’s basically a terrible place to work. Arab teachers are given 1 or 2 classes per day and Non-Arabs are given 6 classes per day.

Dear RSS Co. Middle East, We would like to represent our gratitude and inform you that you seem such a professional company and well specialized in implementing steel structure projects. Not only this, but also you design the structure and manufacture them with very competitive price. Now, having said that, after signing the contract with RSS, the market of construction in Saudi Arabia went down in a remarkable rate. We are as costumers of RSS got affected and we have faced financial issues. We Supposed to be committed to pay our payments to RSS on time as agreed with them. However, the national market crisis made it impossible for us to fulfill the the payments on time. As a result, RSS took a quick and uncountable measure toward their legal department. They sued us in the Executive Court in Riyadh. In the other hand, when the contract was signed, we have given them checks on batches which will be deserved to RSS as follows:- 1. 10 % advanced payment upon signing the contract. 2. 20 % upon receiving the material at the site. 3. 20 % upon one month after receiving the material at the site. 4. 40 % upon 3 months after implementing the project. 5. 10 % after one month of the last payment. Now, RSS won the case the sued us and we were forced to pay them all batches except for the last one. Which means, the have received 90 % of their total payment yet they have not even started implementing our project!!! Later on, after paying to RSS 90 %, they have changed completely. They stopped answering our phone calls, they started to make up irrational excuses to avoid implementing our project and even to avoid contacting us. Their General manager, who so called Dr. Moayad, stopped taking any serious steps to implement our project, why would he?! he already got 90 % of his money without even trying to hammering a singe nail in our site. He even hang up on us several times. In conclusion, RSS went from professional company and well qualified company to a total mess insincere with their costumers. I am writing this not because to discredit RSS, no. I am writing this because to let them know that someday may be someone will give us our right back. Thank You, AGF Mohammed R. Adam
